I wanted an easy on-easy off holster for use at the range and this is perfect. It holds the pistol very tight to the hip and as a result, a bonus is that it will also do well for future carry if need be. I have a Para Ordnance Carry 9 (stainless version so I was not concerned with the holster marring the notoriuos Para blued/black finish) which has the 3" barrel and this holster is a great fit. It is extremely light weight and without the pistol you''ll forget you have the holster on your hip. The adjustable retention is a nice feature. My Carry 9 is new to me and I didn''t want to spend a ton of money on a holster for it until I knew I''d be keeping the pistol for the long term. Now I am not sure I''ll even need to consider another holster as this one does and has everything I want. BTW the picture on this website makes the holster finish look kinda glossy or a shiny reflective finish. I was pleased when the holster arrived to find it was really a matted, non-glare finish. Hope this is helpful to anyone considering the holster. For the money, if it fits your pistol, if you like forward cant... 5 stars

I find this holster comfortable and secure. It works nicely for concealed carry in the winter with my 1911. It makes the .45 very light and pleasant to wear.

The product was as described and works fine. There were some I guess rub scratches is the best word on the product that doesn''t affect it''s function. I didn''t buy it for it''s beauty.
