The stainless steel frame of the Colt Gold Cup Trophy 1911 Pistol features wraparound rubber grips with a medallion, a beavertail grip safety and an adjustable aluminum trigger for over travel. Front Dovetail and Colt Champion Bomar rear sights accent the five inch match grade barrel of the Colt Gold Cup Trophy 1911 Pistol, giving it the perfect blend of accuracy and stability.

This is probably the best .45 A.C.P. for this price on the market. Sure, you can fork out two to three grand for one BUT IF you look closely at what you are getting for all that extra coin is more aesthetics than anything else.
